Response & Preparedness
The highest manager of the plant is designated as the commander of the emergency response organization, including instruction team, communication team, fire prevention team, guide team, rescue team and fire fighting team. Risk identification and assessment are carried out through a strict process of listing out possible hazards, such as leakages, fires and explosions. These are categorized and ranked, followed by periodic rehearsals, to strengthen the emergency response capabilities of employees.

Equipment
The proper fire safety equipment of each building in Pegatron has been installed, checked and maintained by the related division. The professional organizations are consigned to comprehensive fire safety equipment maintenance and building inspections annually. Several fire prevention plans are implemented every year, such as organized training and equipment drills, to thoroughly carry out fire safety tasks.
